@michelle.paopao you can ... i do all the time although it does depend on the kind of lemon and thickness of peel because it can be bitter ususlky the recipe of the liver kick is just lemon juice i do almost 30/70 with more juice then just peel and depending again 🕯🕯🕯

@Brigitte Mars expertise calling you These tinctures seem great making these as fresh teas would be great too unfortunately alcohol is not ideal and yet ... these plants are great so i would probably drink what the recommended dose is on the bottle and i believe with tinctures it’s in between meals rather then during. 🕯🙏🏽❤️
