Services Include: 

+  Personally assessing your nutritional needs, allergies, and food preferences to create a customized pantry list.

+  Initial in home visit to start by taking out the items in your cupboard that may be draining your energy and restocking your kitchen with the tools and foods that you and your body will love.

+  Follow-up home visit to answer questions and provide a strategy moving forward

Optional Add-Ons:

+  Customized menu meal delivery (3 meals per day for 1 week)

+  In-house cooking lessons (1 meal per day for 1 week)
