I pulled out my stove and cleaned behind it! It's gleaming white from the linoleum to up the wall! Feels good knowing it's clean!

This is a question for Brigitte! (I saw you speak at the Eclipse Festival in Oregon) I wanted to support this journey with herbal tinctures. I have milk thistle, and a cleansing combo that includes cleavers, dandelion leaf, oregon grape root, burdock root, and lemon balm. Is this a good combo for the cleanse? when should I take it? I also have some zeolites which are for heavy metal cleansing but not sure about those either. Thanks for the help! I'm a fairly balanced pitta, and when cleanse have vata tendencies if that is of any use. Thanks! Urszula
