4 Yoga Poses for Energy

We could all use a little pep in our step! Yoga is a great, natural way to get the blood pumping through your body so you feel energized, refreshed, and ready to take on your day! Check out these 4 yoga poses and make an impact on your body today!

Before you begin any of these back bending energy boosts though make sure your body is properly warmed up.

Our warm-up of choice starts by dropping wild orange essential oil into our hands, rubbing the palms together then cupping our hands over our mouth and nose to take 5 deep breaths in.

From there we go into 5 reps of sun salutations moving nice and steady with our breath. Make sure to pause between each pose and that each movement is initiated by your breath.

Once you feel warm and fluid you're ready to hold the poses below for increased energy and focus throughout your day!
