It's Day 11 and I feel great! I can see my eyes look relaxed, and even. I have no cravings. I have more energy. My millions of daily thoughts in general have decreased, as they aren't so relevant and therefore cannot be entertained. Well, nearly. I still worry about whether or not I set the parking brake on the car. My playfulness has increased. My body's temperature feels even, and I notice how hydrated I feel after watermelon breakfast or chia breakfast. I feel more centered. And...I can tell that when people that I know look at my face, they see something different. It's like we drink each other in just a little longer. Pretty cool!

@Rainbeau Mars I don’t know anyone in the program by experience. In truth, the only person I’ve met in this group in person so far is your mother, Brigitte. She was my Herbology instructor in 2005!

Yes, let’s be buddies!

I want to be able to sense the 72,000 channels in the body! I am glad for this cleanse; I have been wanting to try this, and having the community has helped me be accountable. The food prep has been easier than anticipated, and the meals have been delightful. I feel lucky to have delicious and nutritious meals at home, but especially at work. I love a fresh start, and am feeling change after only 5 days. At Day 4 I noticed that in addition to increased energy, I am naturally awake longer. (The last time I was sans caffeine was about 6 years ago. Since starting the cleanse, I have muscle aches and emotional sensitivity alongside increased energy and brightness in my eyes. It feels like the lighting around me has changed It's brighter. Looking forward to diving into raw for a week. I am open to any food prep/time/management tips anyone might have. Cheers to new beginnings and 72,000 channels!
