Woot-Woot! I have abstained from meat for 5 days! I made flax crackers and pineapple juice today. I feel a lighter energy. My weakness is meal planning. Brigitte's Rawsome Flax cracker recipe: 2C flax 4C H20 1/4tsp kelp. Soak 15 mins spread out on dehydrator sheets. 4hrs then flip another 4hrs. Pineapple juice: 1/2 pineapple 2 stalks celery 2inch pc ginger. Yummy!
