The Rainbow Meditation Technique

Take a few moments to read through the meditation before you practice.


Use this technique to slowly and gently guide you away from the tension and stress. Allow it to move you to a state of inner peace and deep presence, Focusing on these colors at their different energetic points will align chakras and open up creativity.


Close your eyes.

Relax.


Imagine a vibrant beautiful rainbow in the sky.

It is so close you can taste the colors.


Take a deep breath and while you inhale visualize the color red.

Exhale, let go of any tension.


Take a deep breath and visualize the color orange.

Exhale any negative emotions.


Take a deep breath and visualize the color yellow.

Exhale and focus on your mind.


Take a deep breath and visualize the color green.

Exhale and find a state of tranquility.


Take a deep breath and inhale the color blue.

Exhale and fill yourself with love.


Take a deep breath and inhale the color indigo.

Exhale and locate your most inner self.


Take a deep breath and inhale the color violet.

Exhale and stay with your most intimate self.


You are now in your deepest mental level.

Now, focus on any goal you want to reach.

Immerse yourself within your deep mental level.


LET YOURSELF BE INSPIRED.


Now prepare yourself to come out from your levels.

As you come out from your deep and intimate mental levels,

a sense of peace vibrates and elevates your entire being.


YOU FEEL CLEANSED.


Your visual capacity is more clear and you are in perfect

harmony with nature.


Now visualize the colors of the rainbow in reverse order.

Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, and Red.


Gently open your eyes.

You are fully awake.


You are reset, restored, and refreshed.

You are calm, balanced, and ready to live.
