In our Phase 2 intensive, we will be focusing on proper alignment and adjustments for the advanced top-tier levels of the ra’yoKa fitness system – Level Green BACKBENDS, Level Indigo INVERSIONS, and Level Purple MEDITATION.
This is the first step in becoming accredited as a ra’yoKa Certified Instructor, and we would LOVE to be able to promote you as an RML approved teacher on our website, as appreciation for being part of this innovative program that you can share with the world.
