I am delighted to have my own online realm devoted to yoga, love and life. I want you to think of my website as a place for you to discover and deepen your knowledge about yoga and healthy living.

I’m especially excited and proud to be the International Yoga Ambassador for adidas. I will be representing their Adilibria Yoga and the Techfit Powerweb Yoga apparel lines in their “Play Yoga” media campaign. The campaign showcases yoga as a powerful tool to all athletes in improving their performance. You will see me working with various world renowned athletes as I introduce them to yoga and teach them how the power of yoga can improve their own performance level. I continue to teach “ra’yoka” at “Truyoga” in Los Angeles. Ra’yoka is my own method that combines yoga, martial arts and core conditioning. This distinctive and fresh practice combines breath-centered yoga with core orientated movement exercises to refine our fine balance muscles while increasing flexibility. This hybrid of movement is efficient and effective.
