Fathers Day – Birthday Month

fathers day

We here love the current events. How exciting and cool that the longest day of the year comes in my favorite month, as there never seems to be enough Sunshine in a day for me. Everything that has to do with men and their nurturing, fathering energy and potential makes me warm and smile, just like the ever illuminating sun.

Responsible, Supportive, forgiving, unconditionally loving, accepting, strong, present, accountable, committed and reliable. These are a few reasons that I respect and admire all fathers as well as my own.

Thank you for inspiring me with your steady drum beat nature -

For loving your children, your mothers and your wives.

For nurturing our gardens and helping our flowers blossom open more vibrantly – fragrantly.

Thank you for your witty humor and having the guts to take strong leadership even when we have been scared. or in doubt.

Thank you for knowing that we will lead you back into your hearts – for understanding the inevitable.

For giving us love, inspiration and validation – strength, confidence, and courage – For reflecting – protecting – connecting and reminding us that everything we see you is in us too and we need each other to grow.

Thank you for always being there for us – For holding us strong and solid -

In admiration and respect.

Thank you for being you.

Happy Fathers Day.

*** It turns out that almost 50 percent or more of the people that I worked with yoga and or ra’yoka on have been men. Men need to feel connected in body and mind as well. I created ra’yoKa to be a more physical, refreshing and active way to approach the practice of a body mind connection. This said, it’s easy enough in the beginning so there are visualization techniques that will take anyone above their current plateau in sport or life.

This Dvd is a simple enough but powerful to prepare us for the next all encompassing system that I am in the process of creating. We need to be ready for the next step. So in the mean time – You give and I hope to give more and more to you,

In regards to fathers and those men that are not yet ready to practice yoga at a studio here is a little tool that you can use at home. See what men are saying about this DVD:

“My daughter and i workout weekly to this one! Thanks for motivating me to get back into yoga since my motorcycle crash. Your unique mix of martial arts & yoga and music was so invigorating on the ra’yoKa overview DVD that i got the dusk & dawn series too”… Bradford Dean,  Marina Del Rey, California

“Rainbeau Mars is that rare gift in a teacher, able to lead by instruction, example and inspiration.”  David Duchovny, Actor

“Studying with Rainbeau has been of great benefit to me. It has made me stronger and more flexible on the inside as well as the out, helping me to stay grounded and relaxed throughout the chaos of my life. Rainbeau has an incredible gift for teaching, i am very grateful to her.”  Flea, Bassist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers

“Rainbeau shines with a rare inner and outer body beauty that comes right from her heart. She is an exceptional yogini, whose graceful presence inspires the student to offer the fullest of themselves to every moment.” John Friend, Founder of Anusara Yoga

“Rainbeau Mars embodies the connection that we are all so hungry for” Rick Rubin, Music Producer

On ra’yoka:

5.0 out of 5 stars great challenge!, December 9, 2009 – I am a vinyasa junkie and love Rainbeau Mars’ other dvds. This is a fantastic workout and a nice change adding in martial arts moves with yoga postures. It really works the core and has quite a challenging balance sequence. And the bonus advance sequence gives me something to work towards. I highly recommend this dvd! K. LEVINE

Best Yoga DVD in the Market!, December 11, 2009 – This ra’yoKa DVD is amazing. It gives the body an amazing workout while still providing the clarity and mental benefits of traditional yoga. The poses are compiled in a way which works the core, increases flexibility and strength. Aside from ZenMama, I have Rainbeau’s entire collection of yoga DVD’s and this one is definitely her best!! I attempt to do it everyday and I am seeing the results. It’s a nice workout to improve overall tone, wake up the body and the bonus workout is definitely something to aspire to.   KAI BENJAMIN

On Yoga For beauty:

5.0 out of 5 stars Rainbeau’s new yoga tapes are a definite must have!, “I recently purchased the new Dawn/Dusk yoga series. All I can say is wow. The practice is a wonderful combination of challenging poses and learning to breathe into your body and let go of all tensions. As someone who is trying to let go in my life, I can honestly say that Rainbeau’s yoga is a key element in achieving that goal. Her mantras and “yoga language” are inspiring and so very relaxing. I truly recommend this series to anyone who wants to improve their yoga practice and learn how to let go and be still with yourself.” B. Green, MD

Awakening into Summer

I can feel the reawakening and expanding into Summer.

My Body and Soul ready to shed the protective layers and Shine with all its might. As all things that we know, our ego can want to cling to the past, old patterns, addictions, sabotage, comfort food from the winter and any heart breaks we may have endured through the fun filled yet contracting winter holidays.

Its time – RIGHT NOW – We are the ones we’ve been waiting for, if not us then who, if not not now then when.” Its time to bust out of the shell, that traps us inside, where we hide, numb out and pretend not to care about shifting or even being a true star radiating light on this planet as we all are. Its time, to open ourselves up and illuminate – bringing light into the darkest parts of ourselves and the planet. I know… it sounds easier then it actually is. Its confusing and stressful at times. Our Ego loves to be right and get caught in the drama and illusion of our past. Its through adversity that we grow – so no matter how comfortable our past feels at times – awakening and growing is our greatest gift to humanity.  All that we knew, all that created this very cycle or the patterns that spin us backwards, around and down in the first place is addictive and like comfort food, that we all partake in, but yet, may we remember, that we simply blink and another year is spent by without us fully awakening, activating and living as our most passionate, present, loving, leader selves.

ALL IS PERFECT. If we open Wine, before its time – its simply vinegar. So.. as we breathe into the Summer Solstice that comes up I say LIVE ON THE EDGE AND LETS JUMP FEARLESSLY – Lets relax and slow down into where our hearts beat faster. hold on to each other, never let go and break though to the other side, where there is no where to side. FULL EXPANSION! the past has been the past, it brought us to this beautiful moment and both the rewards and pains that we are all collectively experiencing today. It no longer exists, it no longer serves, for if we look at the state of our planet, we must realize that we must change. As a collective, as a people and most importantly as a self. I am sad at the wounds on our planet and yet so hopeful that we will final see that that it is time to make a change.

The Bodhi Satva Theory says – No One Gets enlightened until we all do. Gandhi says its actually our light that we most afraid of. I am u. You are me. We ARE IT. We are in this together – all waking up as one.

In absolute gratitude for the light – for the sun and knowing that we are shining it on all the dark and illumntaing our very selves as we realize the need for solution now.

BLESS,

Rainbeau

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY

Three generation of Mars women. Goodnight world. We loooove you. Blessings of the most high. Beauty Rest time.

Hi ALL!

Working on a few blogs and doing our best to keep up. in the mean time, I just want to say.

“The Beauty of Mothers and my Gratitude for Them All”

Mama…  This word means something to all of us.

No one got into this world without mama.

No one would be alive is it was not for the continuous nourishment that a mother provides.

If not your birth mother -

Just look at the world around us and the bounty that is being provided continuously, unconditionally and lovingly.

The Earth we walk upon provides the foods that grow and feed our bodies, the air we breath and the trees that protect us. It abounds with healing qualities derived from all the elementals of this beautiful blue water planet; alive, powerful, full of Shakti/life force; this is the most valuable resource we can imagine and mother to all.

I am grateful – In awe  and living in respect of this miracle called life on earth and all that was bestowed upon me, when my mother was conceived with me.

Thank you all mama’s

Thank you all children of mothers.

One – revolving around this huge fire balled called sun.

Healing of all mothers, everywhere – BEGUN.

Bless.

P.S. Thank you especially to my mother, Brigitte Mars, that is a fierce, planetary healer, here to teach us all the age old medicines that are abounding around us, so we can take better care of nature. My Queen, friend, sister, reflection, my hero, you have done your best and taught me well. Thank you for paving the way for me and showing me how to be a great mother myself. The day I gave birth to my daughter Jade Destiny, I gave birth to myself as a mother and was brought into a circle that I could have not before understood. Now I know its a profound privilege and honor to step into this birth-rite of creation. Thank you Jade, my daughter and best friend, for teaching, sharing, giving and helping me to become more of me. For showing me courage, service as well unconditional love, endless patience and lots and lots of fun. I LOVE YOU BOTH ETERNALLY.

Earth Day

Spring! ‘Tis the season of connecting— with ourselves, our intentions, our goals– and my favorite, getting back out in nature with Mama Earth. She is at her full splendor right now, with fruits ripening, flowers blossoming and bees buzzing. I feel the same natural tendency to shake off the more introverted times of winter and comfort food and choose instead, to commune outside, dance with friends and open up.

This Sunday, April 18, 2010, is Earth Day.  I’m sure there are events all over the world to celebrate the glory that surrounds us and that we can often take for granted.  The official day, I hear is the 22nd, but there are pretty much earth day celebrations every day this month. If you or your friends happen to be in the San Diego area or nearby, I encourage you to join us at the 20th Annual Multi Cultural Earth Day in Balboa Park.  The event, which I’ll be helping to host, celebrates the environment and has amazing live music (DID I SAY I’ll BE TEACHING and accompanied by  THE AMAZING MAKEPEACE BROTHERS).  It’s free fun and funky beats that will be just what our bodies and souls have been craving.  But whether you attend an Earth Day event or not, take that time and spend it with friends, family, your community, and be with our mama Earth, provider of all things perfect, healing and whole.  Take off your shoes and walk around barefoot.  Feel the Earth beneath your feet, between your toes. Feel the grass.  Smell the roses. Watch some birds.  Appreciate the endless cycle and natural occurrence of life. What a reflection of symmetry, beauty, boundless miracles and really everything we are all looking for right?

It’s important to take these moments for the pause or end of the chapter to absorb life because there will always be the next thing begging us to become a run on sentence.  There is so much happening at the Rainbeau Mars Lifestyles Holistic Headquarters, (thank goodness for angels, like Swan, Abby, Tamara, Dina, Stephanie, Jade, Evolve, Lon, Matt and Kelly) that I “get” to remind myself to stay grounded, present and to walk that which I talk about.

Come June you can invigorate and revitalize your practice with me through my ra’yoKa Teacher Training or check into my public classes that will be going on, it looks like in Santa Monica.  Keep checking in for the latest on what’s happening, or if you have any questions, please email Swan at questions@rainbeaumars.com.

Also, we are doing our best to round up questions from Facebook, Twitter, the website, Youtube and even Myspace, so that we can blog about them an get right back to you. Please send health and fitness related questions to questions@rainbeaumars.com.

Blessings and Happy Earth Day!

A Time to Cleanse, A Time to Clean

My favorite metaphor is that of the river gaze. You look down and see the water settled and somewhat clear. Then you start to mix it up; it gets cloudy and thick, but then the water carries away what was dislodged and you see the sparkles of blue and green on the rocks once again. Thus is the infinite process of  letting go of the things that get settled and somehow become a part of us, or even begin to define us. We are always needing to let go of who we have become to be who we really are and this is the essence of spring.

Spring Cleaning generally refers to cleaning the house, maybe the office, but it is also a time for cleaning your physical and inner-self.  Similar to the post last week on moving from a state of contraction to expansion with daylight savings, we are moving out of the winter state of accumulation into the spring state of shedding.  In the winter, we go inside, responding as if in hibernation mode.  We layer our wardrobe and we eat more dense foods, packing on excess weight and sometimes even stories, patterns, habits or too much television.  But as the warmer weather rolls in with spring, we begin shedding the layers of clothing, stepping outside again into the rejuvenating sunshine, basking in the glory of nature, are drawn towards lighter foods, and once again, let go of the things we will not need for the lighter, longer days. This said, we all know it can get messier before it gets cleaner, so grab your flashlight, pull up the sleeves and prepare to move and transform both the inner and outer space of your life, so that your colors can shine bright and sparkly again.

Being a time of renewal and fresh starts, it’s a great time to embark on spring cleaning rituals in your life both inside and out. Perhaps you’d like to start on the inside by paying particular attention to the liver, the organ related to this season.  Supportive items for the liver are lemon and water in the morning, the liver kick (that you received if you signed up for our newsletter in the 44 beauty disciplines), apple cider vinegar and honey to start the day, or maybe eat more bitters.  Greens, dandelion and milk thistle are also very supportive for the liver.  Green foods are full of regenerative and cleansing energy and support the removal of chemicals from our organs and tissues.  They have high amounts of chlorophyll, which is known to improve blood flow and oxygen throughout the body as well as provide the lungs the support they need.  You may also wish to exfoliate and get rid of your dead skin and do abiyanga, a great Ayurvedic method  of daily self massage with oil that improves circulation, (use essential oils specific to the benefits you need, like grapefruit if you are in need of breaking down fat or peppermint for cooling and energizing effects).  There are some amazing facial and body scrubs in my mama’s book Beauty by Nature, available on our website.  Exfoliating with raw sugar really helps to revitalize the skin, leaving you fresh and rejuvenated. Try also changing up your practice a bit and get your heart beating. I begin the process in the ra’yoKa dvd, but as I get to complete the production of the system, you will find that there is a time and place for everything and spring is about stirring it up again.  Jump on a trampoline or with a rope and play the day away.

Recently I’ve been cleaning out all the corners in my own life  and rooms, such as my jewelry boxes, where I’ve let things amass and though overwhelming at times, it’s so important to do and will feel so good afterward.  When organizing a pile of beads that I’ve accumulated from all of my travels, I almost felt like a spider that had way too much stuff trapped in my web of jewels.  It’s time to get those that can be fixed fixed and pass on what I should let go of…or toss it in my rock garden perhaps, jewels for the earth.  Cleansing helps awaken our senses and grounds us in the present so that we are better able to move freely on our journey into the future.  Remember this when feeling cluttered or stressed.  We must push through the fog in order for things to become clear, and by continuing on through, other issues may be revealed and/or resolved as well.  The organization and perfect beautiful state, already exists there, with every color vibrant and full. Somtimes, we just need to focus our intentions and allow this process to take place so that it becomes so. Use water, breath and some good natural essential oil cleaners and trust that always empty, always full, and all is coming.

All my best,

Rainbeau

Celebration of Spring Forward!

Rainbeau with kids

Disneyland on Sunday helped me reconnect with the notion of springing forward.  Noticing the fear kids have pre entrance of the safety belt on Splash Mountain and Matterhorn reminded me of how scary that moment can be when we do something that we have never done before. Our hearts beats faster, we feel clenched up as we approach the edge of everything we have ever known to move into the unknown.  Seeing life through the eyes of children (as I always attempt to) demonstrated how amazing it feels to approach our edge and fears of the unknown and choose to breathe, let go, stay open and trust.

Fear (which has its lessons) causes our bodies to restrict, but also teaches us things, as we tense up and breathe more rapidly and feel them butterflies in the belly. That same fear helps us not run into traffic or jump out of planes without parachutes; it draws us into ourselves. But because we go in to go out, down to go up and back to go forward, by contracting and drawing in, we can ultimately expand ourselves and our breath into relaxing and even enjoying the moment.  As more neuro-networks are stimulated through our brain, we become more and more able to try new things. As we expand our life experiences and push past whatever obstacles we face we grow, learn to trust in the unknown, and fly.

Let’s allow ourselves to move from a state of contraction to expansion as daylight savings reminds us of the importance of sliding fearlessly into the unknown and seizing the day (Carpe Diem).  We can internalize the expansion and let the brighter light outside match the light inherently within us.  Only by living fully will we be able to radiate at our optimal potential, not by focusing on the light, but by expanding where we contract and vice versa.

Children aren’t in the way; they are the way. Its amazing how far we’ve come since being 6 years old.  At the same time, I try to see life through that perspective as much as possible. Remember how validating and empowering it was to do something you didn’t think you were capable of or that you were afraid of? If we don’t push our boundaries and occasionally do things we don’t want to do, we won’t fully experience life.  Fear keeps us safe by boxing us into a comfort zone. I want to encourage everyone to slide into the unknown fearlessly and courageously, so that when the ride is over, we can say… “Let’s do it again, let’s enjoy it, and let’s remember to breathe this time, the whole time.” :)

All ways

All days

Fear does not phase

We’re hittin’ tripple plays

Listening to what the most high says.

Celebrating Your Passion

What gets your passion going?  Oftentimes, the chaos and stress of daily life can bog us down in such a way that our creative energies are stifled and our passions are left unexplored.  It is so important that we remember to nourish our creative centers. Through exercising and celebrating our passions, we allow ourselves to unplug from the external and listen in to what really gets the heartstrings strumming.

The second chakra, svadhisthana, is associated with passion and creativity, and is the dwelling place for the Self.  No wonder we feel down and disconnected when not celebrating our passions!  The color orange is associated with this chakra, thanks to its stimulating essence and vibrational energy, so eating more orange foods may help you explore the chakra at a deeper level. Twists, both seated and standing, help to unlock the body so that we may connect with the Self and are thus another nice way to become more introspective and start being with yourself. The Udiyan Bandhas lower belly exercise, as used in Yoga For Beauty Dawn (available for purchase on our online shop), also helps stimulate energy and draw us towards our center.

Our job on this earth and in this life is to explore our most radiant potential.  If we are not exploring and celebrating our passions, then we are not doing ourselves any favors, nor are we enriching our lives and, depending on the passion, the lives of others.  It is important to be all that we can be, so tune in to what really stimulates your passion and give in!!

Blessings-

Rainbeau

Mes amis Francais. Un bisous and merci pour tous. Au revoire et Bon Voyage. ;)

Moved, inspired, and grateful for so many things right now that I am not exactly sure where to start, but here it goes.

I breathe, believe, and receive; from my heart, in gratitude is where I start.

I want to say thank you for all the leaders in the world that work so hard with undying passion and commitment.  Do whatever you are doing with focus, commitment and love for what you are doing. Thanks for giving us smiles, laughter, tears, and other emotions that we did not even know were in our hearts at the moment, until you came into our vision, shining your light so bright. You are stars and are here to remind us, that we all have this same brightness inside of us as well.

I am so happy that I got to see all the Ice Skaters close up, as we were in the front row next to the judges. I want to thank my relationship with adidas for that, adidas France in particular, as well as the French Olympic Delegation for inviting me as their guest with open arms, warm smiles, respect, and class. I was blown away to have this experience first hand and so moved to see some of the most extraordinary athleticism that there is. These women and men train an average of 9 hours a day leading up to the Olympics, using everything they have– blood, sweat, tears and doing the impossible. The grace, power, courage, and shameless openness to pure beauty is mind blowing to me. At the same time, I am also enthusiastic about the fun sport of Hockey, loved watching the fierce women play so HARD and all the records that were broken at the Speed Skating competition.  You guys all rock and I thank you all for raising the bar for us all, including myself.

What I am about to say will be criticized possibly and as I know, the more people know about me, the more I have to deal with letting go of everyone liking me, or necessarily agreeing with me… so here goes. I feel that Yoga (as a sport) should be in the Olympics and this is why:

It could allow countries like India to show us how it’s done.

It could be judged based on grace and non-competiveness as well as focus, stillness and breath.

It could inspire people around the globe about a whole new way to practice a sport.

It is a sport that everyone can approach.

It is a sport that is healing and therapeutic for all other sports.

It is a sport where one breaks their own records.

It is a sport where Self is the captain, Coach and Cheer Squad

It is a sport where Success is measured in millimeters and breaths.

It is a sport where ones state of health, longevity and correct alignment rather then stressing out the joints could place a new bar of inspiration for all athletic arts.

Okay, so, I am not so brilliant to have made all that up. Some of those were the concept/campaign that the amazing PR, marketing team for adidas did when I did the global Play Yoga campaign.  I will continue to strive and share this message in all the ways that I can, applying all the tools and gifts from the great partnership that I had.

This is just one spoke of what I know I am here to continue to share; there are more. I feel very proud of my own dedication to excellence and will only continue to grow in every single area of my life. I thank you for your support on so many levels. ra’yoKa is growing and its been an amazing process to do this– just us little guys, without the help of a big distributer. Thank you for the support of the DVD and all your very cool testimonials. This is only the beginning.

Shifting gears to my workshop – I feel so blessed to be able to teach teachers which we are all, as well as students which we all are. I feel beyond privileged to be able to share the light that has led me through and out of so many darker moments in my life and support people in doing the same for themselves and each other.

Lets Hold on, have each others backs, push, inspire, and encourage each other to take the next leap, the next step, and to go FURTHER. I love you all… I NEED YOU ALL. I THANK YOU ALL. And I send you my deepest and most sincere best wishes.

Getting off the plane to teach in San Francisco tomorrow. I will teach today @ 1:00 @ YOGATREE and I am excited to do so. See some of you there.

Blessed Be,

Rainbeau

Hi everyone!

I have missed blogging and its interesting – how the further you get out of a habit, the more you just almost stay away as you are not in it…

HMMM…well, let’s see.  After we last spoke, I had a teacher training in our very home. 3 amazing women flew in from out of the country and stayed at the house (The RML L.A. Headquarters) and one of those women is still here, while some other incredible beauties joined in from the L.A area. It has been a time of healing, reflecting, depth, growth, nostalgia, change, beauty, insight and just overall transformation in the midst of the catalyst of life and intention. There have also been some challenges and frustrations, but as all things go, I know, we are given exactly what we can handle and we all get exactly what we need to become who we really are.

In the midst of all this, I found new representation.  It was all rather divinely aligned.  As life happens, if we just stay in motion and maintain clear intentions then some things will just fall in your lap, such as this situation. This person has been amazing and I am beyond grateful for his being here at this pinnacle time. His name is Lon Rosen and I can understand why his awesome reputation precedes him. He is a person of amazing communication and integrity and is dedicated to focusing in and walking the talk, while having a whole lot of fun. I am very grateful. Now in general, change is not always easy. We have to get really ultra clear about what we are ready for in our lives and sometimes that means removing ourselves from some of the old.  This said, its not easy. However, when one door closes another one opens and I am very happy with the doors that are opening and that I am walking into right now.

I am inspired to push the limit in my own mind, body, and life.  I am absolutely ready to step and align with what I feel so passionate about– having the opportunity of being, as well as sharing, in this lifetime. I feel extremely blessed in so many ways, supported by every single word that has been shared here with me/us. Thank you for your support, your inspiration, love and dedication to continuing this journey of making ourselves and therefore the world a healthier and better place to BE.

The RML team is growing rapidly and its whole team of dedicated yogis are here to serve the community through our many different talents. What’s your yoga (or state of union)?  It could be singing, dancing, painting, poetry, or your unique offering to the world that brings you close to yourself and your community.  I asked one of my other current house guests today (EVOLVE – my friend and conscious rapper) to invite the whole neighborhood over for a BBQ/live music party. We’ll see how that unfolds and I will keep you posted. How’s your relationship with your neighbors?

I got a new passport today and I really felt it the beginning of a new chapter – so we shall see where this one goes.

Heart Open WIDE -

Where there is no where to hide-

Uniting the great divide-

On this ever lasting ride-

In Bliss-

That is endless-

THANK YOU.

Keep Shining.

Lets Jump Start – Freshen, Heal and Rejuvenate for this amazing New Year and all the bounty that “we” will provide the world during it.

Yes, it is here, it is now, it is the present. We are all growing and continuing to learn exactly what we need to for our “self contracted” goals of awakening. We are letting old patterns fall away as we perhaps observe them stretching across our realities now and then.  We are able to remember to step into our more connected, healthier, in tuned, aligned, refined, beautiful and radiant selves. We do this with our daily practice, mindful nourishment, and by  just continuing to come back, no matter what.

After all, we do know that we are the ones we have been waiting for and that no one will do it for us, so we Walk the Talk and be the change we wish to see in the world. Treat others as we want them to treat us and change ourselves on the inside. :) WOW –  How many people said this before? Thank you Gandhi, Ram Das, Dr. King, Jesus, Mohammed and Budha for bringing your timeless teaching and light to this planet.

We at RML are very excited to be hosting a 3 Week intensive Teacher Training right here at our headquarters, beginning the evening of Jan 8th. We feel the magic and transformations already happening.

We will also be opening space for the 3 Week fresh Start Cleanse, Sun evening @ 7:00, and we will all meet up for four weeks; the last Sunday will be a potluck.

Space is open, by reservation for the 9-11 a.m. daily ra’yoKa class, or 6-7 p.m food prep class, and there are also still some spaces for the teacher training and plenty of space left for the Cleanse, food classes and daily classes as we are announcing it for the first time here.

FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE – Email us at swan@rainbeaumars.com for info or to reserve space and/or call the office at 323 – 933 – 5118.

We are delighted to be able to be a part of the unfolding of our own community as I have been so busy traveling, I was barely able to teach in L.A the last couple of years.

A few recommendations in 2010 – To Stay and become more ZEN.

Go See Avatar if you have not already.  Find the 3D theater- Imax if possible- and open yourself up to the lessons of the forests. Everything we needed to know was already here.

I am very grateful that he Scored the ra’yoKa DVD and that he keeps rocking out harmonic, melodic grooves. I played him in so many countries the last year, I can’t even count. If you were with me at any of the teacher trainings of Bhakti, Harmony, Yoga Journal Conferences – we were flowing with him.

Treat yourself to my Mothers latest book, “The Sexual Herbal” on http://brigittemars.com/shop/ I LOVE MY MOTHER. She is a planetary healer and has amazing things to teach us all.  If you do not already have her Beauty by Nature and Rawesome, these are Must haves – but everything she does is worth checking out.

I am dedicating my life to complete service – walking my talking, doing the practice, nourishing my body and mind, video blogging daily, teaching, sharing and doing my part in this small corner of the world, to support, the health and healing of the people around me. I am a reflection of everything I see around me, which is also inside me. It’s not always easy to find the harder stuff, but, I know, that What is in The Way, IS THE WAY.

May we illuminate and integrate infinitely.
