WEEK 3 – Lets let go of all stress – and anything else we don’t need as well

Time to let go into the next level

We have embarked upon a moment in time. Its right now. Its called the “Present”.

We know that although sometimes we get mad at the last moment – then all it really does is cause us more pain by holding on to it. I say rename that thought, experience or person “teacher” give thanks and move on – in usual moments, after of course you’ve voiced the truth. :)

Stress has 84 thousand contraindications. Love is only healing. When we learn how to above all else, love and forgive ourselves, we also can spread the goodness into the people around us.

So we have a choice – each – and every -moment. To let go of the past – or hold on to it, along  with fear, shame, guilt, anger, pain a drinking or smoking thing, extra weight or any other baggage that comes along with it.

I challenge – both you and me – to take this moment in time even further and step up to ourselves in a really big way.

Because we can stuff things down with so many substances – lets truly give our bodies the time it needs to unwind to unravel and let go. We wont ingest anything that could possibly be making us sick and we will give our body the time and space it needs to recalibrate.

Hopefully by now – we have found natural ways to deal with that edge in a more sustainable way. hard core fitness can be a great way to increase energy and power, while yoga and backbends are a great way to alleviate anxiety and open ourselves up to the unknown. The ra’yoKa I created has the intention to do both and as we continue down the path, I hope we can always seek balance.

We want to breathe our bodies open from the inside, so that we dont avoid any of the buried treasures and pockets of tension along the way.

For the 3rd week – even for me this is a challenge – I propose the following.

1. AVOID CAFFEINE OF ALL KINDS… raw cacao is accepted in a shake.

2. Avoid all chemicals – the kind you eat and the kind you clean with and the kind that are in cigarettes.

3. Avoid stress – just make the choice – to avoid it. If someone beeps at you , or is taking too long on the freeway, or rubbed youthe wrong way, breathe, let it go and focus on how beautiful you really are and have compassion for there wounded little child as well as gratitude for the test and teaching.

4. Eat ALL LIVE FOODS – which will totally move you into a more alkaline possibly calmer person.

5. If you already eat all live foods – blend as many of them as possible, if not all of it the whole week.

6. Turn the TV off and avoid junk food reading and instead – try visulization CD’s a great book or a walk in nature.

7. For one of these days fast on only liquids – maybe water and lemon.

***If you’ve never taken a yoga class. Its time. Go to one… Break a habit…or start a new one.

8. If your an A type of personality and for instance you only go to a boxing class – try swimming – try pilates – try OMG a meditation or restorative class.

9.  A journey to the spa, or a massage trade, or a gift to yourself from an amazing healer – could all be worth the energy spent. ***Lets support our healers and while we are at it. become one ourselves-massage ourselves daily with lotions, do dry brush skin massaging and add great essential oils to the bath.

10. Choose to breathe deeply all day long, wherever you are and whatever comes up. Lets not point the finger outward. Lets let ourselves become masters of our own realities, by making a choice moment by moment, to breathe into ourselves and the very reality that we are creating.

No turning back. We’ve come this far – now – lets raise the bar.

Bless,

Rainbeau
