Observe –

Just notice -

what are the triggers that makes us want to quit – look for something to fulfill the void, with something other then our divine nature?

Is it when we don’t sleep or exercise enough, when that person we wanted to call us, doesn’t, or the job didn’t come through?

We come so far and then we let fears and doubts take us further away from our goals.

Its Cosmopolitan than says that success is the best revenge and I have to agree with that to some extent. Rather then giving in to a six pack of beer to numb the pain, a hamburger, plate of pasta or junk food reality television., we have a choice, to strengthen our ability to choose success. If we slide deeper into vacating our alignment with the actions that would be in alignment with our real goals, then we feed our belief that we are failures, if we do the opposite, we feed the strong muscle, that knows, we can accomplish anything.

Also- if we have a weak moment – We learn so much by realizing that hey, so what if we fell,  ”lets just jump back on into alignment with our bigger goals” – we cant let one failure be an excuse for another, but instead write about, observe and change the patterns by choosing to come right back on track.

Today – I did not take the time to do a full practice of yoga, nor did I the last couple of days, because of several reasons, I will not write at the moment and I watched myself begin to slip and sleep. in a nutshell, work, fatigue, meetings, etc…Yoga is my daily shower and the longer I go without the more moody I can become, but rather then needing a whole hour and half, what would it be like to shift inside, by doing a few minutes?

So – I choose to get back into alignment and I am going to the gym on this friday night (there are no Friday night yoga classes and I just need to get out of the house). I will be doing my ra’yoKa of course as I do in whatever I am doing, weather, i pump the iron that I do every now and then or stand on my shoulders. Wheever you go, there you are. Its just another place for me to practice who I really am.

So guys. Thank you for staying commited and remember that we are all in this together.

Blessings,

Rainbeau

Thank you for another thought-provoking post! I recently noticed how I’m aways sluggish in July. Shorter sessions can help keep the momentum going :)

Hi Linda – thats right.. even if we do a little bit, its like taking regular doses of hugs, or healing herbs. Its what we do regularly that makes a difference and keeps on track. Thank you for your post. It means alot to me. Bless. rainbeau
