Join me on a 21 Day Challenge

Hi All -

I am so grateful that you keep coming back, sharing your comments and insight here to this site and supporting the DVD and everything to come. I have committed to keeping this site up to date daily and with it, I invite you with me to join a 3 week challenge to creating more health and fitness in your life. Running and building a holistic lifestyle company has been challenging and humbling in itself, but I know that not only am I getting everything I need, more importantly want to really be able to give everything I am here to give.

Lets get back to basics –  Whey are we here? To judge, to wait until next year, to hold on to grudges? To wait until there is more funding? To wait on someone else to do it for us? I don’t think so.or to simply do what we love, share what we can share and have the utmost confidence that the world will respond in the way we would dream it to.

I have been pretty sure what I am here to for quite sometime and I encourage you to use this time to express what your passion about it. I believe I was brought here to learn how to love myself so much, that I could teach others to do the same. This may have been the most challenging things for me to decide to do with my life, but as life rolls on… I think I understand the sweetness and the points to the challenges that we encounter.

I encourage you to take a few minutes with me every day to love ourselves a little bit more. Especially during a time where there are so many global changes, it may be the time to connect and “work in”.  Health is definitely hot and so is self love. Perhaps the time that we take to work on ourselves and love ourselves more may end up reflecting in the other decisions that we make, such as the products we buy, who we support and how we are taking care of the planet, or not. I encourage us to continue a dialogue here, to ask questions and I promise to support you in the way that I want to.

Back to the challenge. Wherever you are – Lets Start here, there, NOW. No excuses and only reasons of the things that this life could be for us if we could get there.. in lets say.. 21 days! :)

1. Put on your bathing suit and find at least three things about yourself that you love and I want you to repeat that as a mantra over and over throughout this 21 day challenge.

2. Take an easy step – Also – I want to ask, that if you drink alcohol, you switch to organic alcohol, or top shelf tequila and if you drink coffee, consider switching to yerba mate, chai or green tea too much – no worries – baby steps- at least do the core exercise with me on the front page of this site- Its about the choices we take, moment to moment and that we care enough to choose the healthier options.

3. If both of those are covered – If you eat meat – try to find, grass fed or organic meat, eat dairy, the same.

Thats all – can we do it.. Just one step?

Its only 21 days – 3 weeks!

The health our planet depends on it.

See www.themeatrix.com

Keep checking back during this 21 day period for tips, exercises and guides to loving ourselevs a little more and feeling more comfortable in t a bathing suit.

Best,

Rainbeau

I’ll defffff be doing this! Work has really been keeping me on my feet all the time and this will deffff make my days so much better. It’s 11pm here, and I’ll probably be doing Ra’yoKa at 12am because I had coffee to get me through the rest of my worknight.
In the video, you said there was a more extensive 3 week challenge that you guys have….do we order that? Or is it just what is in the dvd?
    I love you
    xo.

I’ve been eating meat free with an occasional peice of lovely fish for 2 years now and every time I look at my plate I make sure it is 70% Veg and fruits 20-30% whole grains raw nuts legumes or beans. Chia gel and Holy Mate is my breakfast of choice !Tulsi tea makes you feel relaxed and at peace with what ever may come your way and Yerba gives you a great boost of positive energy not to mention crazy antioxidants. I have felt more and more beautiful as the days pass we are what we eat and when we exude love and compassion we are even more lovely. My 21 day challenge will be to include more yoga into my busy FT working mommy of 2 life. One session in the AM and one in the PM. Peace and Love Rainbeau!

Hi sweetie – There is a longer, more in depth one, with recipes and stuff that i give to clients or use interactively. Its still a little rough and I we are editing it and expanding on it for a published book. :)

Cassandra – Love this. Jennifer are you tuning in. I do this too. I also eat flas crackers or buchwhat crackers already made with raw honey and coconut butter and cinnamon. Somedays I do a great organic jelly. For breakfast I also like lemon, honey and apple cider vinegar and then 20 minutes late I drink a Chocolate shake – some recipes on YOUTUBE.

Hi M’Le – I have a more in depth version of the 3 week fresh Start – yes and I am working on it for a book right now. In the past, I have brought many of my clients through this program. there are recipes ad its structures with very clear guidelines of what to do and what to shop for. We have it currently set up so that we can send it to you and that I would be like a mimi coach, answering all emails, keeping you on track with what to eat ideas, answer any questions and do some short phone calls. It has a variable price range depending on how much I actually get involved hands on. If you are interested in any more info… just email us at info@rainbeaumars.com

    Thank you Rainbeau
I tried the lemon, apple cider, honey drink… not too bad! It took a few sips to get used to, but I enjoyed the idea of it most. It felt clean.
I saw the videos for the crackers and will be trying those… do they store well or should I just make small batches?
Keep rocking people… you guys are THE BEST!!! :)

    Much Love

Flax crackers are a great idea too and you can spread coconut butter and jam or raw honey on it. They can also be bought at alive foods place near you… maybe whole foods? if not, check back.
