Its an important month. But aren’t they all? Major planetary changes are happening – there is a Soalr Eclipse on the 11th, school is out, there is a major holiday, people are going through a rough time while reality television shows its all fun and games and well… Isn’t about time that we get as healthy as we possible can be so that we can do what it is that we are passionate about?
Lets be Healthy, so the decisions that we make can come from a clear, activated place as thus far, the state of the world is only a reflection of that which is inside of us too – so I say – lets love ourselves in a healthy way and do whats good for the planet even more
Tomorrow, does not need to be another holiday, they way we did it last year. How can we celebrate the day of independence without necessarily polluting ourselves or the sky?
I challenge you to try to eat only vegetarian food the rest of the weekend. If it has cheese or meat, just say no – It less then a few more weeks. Choose Whole Grains, choose, organic, choose fresh!
Also – no matter what can you commit to some exercise time, to connect with yourself and your greatest desires.
After all – nothing tastes quite as good as feeling good feels.
Blessings friends and family and I look forward to hearing back from you about the changes you might be maing towards an even more beautiful, self loving version of yourself!
Salut,
Rainbeau

I have a lovely breakfast treat for you other than just eating a peice of wonderfuly fresh fruit. If you find your self wanting something more well rounded and full of protien and whole grains Quinoa is a fab choice as it is very mutable , it can either be savory or sweet. Try preparing quinoa and adding almond milk, chopped raw pecans or walnuts ( rich in omegas), dates, sliced banana or any fresh fruit of choice and serve warm. I also love to add flax oil or meal to this dish and a touch of raw honey or raw agave. If you are on the go prepare this dish the night before and have it cold its not to bad.

Yes, thank you Cassandra for sharing! This is exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE fresh fruit in the morning but sometimes needsomething of a little more ’sustanence’ (sp?) This is a great idea, thanks again!

Hello Rainbeau ~ I was wondering if you could offer some suggestions for breakfast! I literally have 10 minutes in the am to either prepare breakfast to go or prepare and eat! It seems that this is the hardest to prep for and Im finding myself stopping at Dunkin Donutes for an veggie egg white sandwich! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
Brightest Blessings ^i^
