Celebrating Your Passion

What gets your passion going?  Oftentimes, the chaos and stress of daily life can bog us down in such a way that our creative energies are stifled and our passions are left unexplored.  It is so important that we remember to nourish our creative centers. Through exercising and celebrating our passions, we allow ourselves to unplug from the external and listen in to what really gets the heartstrings strumming.

The second chakra, svadhisthana, is associated with passion and creativity, and is the dwelling place for the Self.  No wonder we feel down and disconnected when not celebrating our passions!  The color orange is associated with this chakra, thanks to its stimulating essence and vibrational energy, so eating more orange foods may help you explore the chakra at a deeper level. Twists, both seated and standing, help to unlock the body so that we may connect with the Self and are thus another nice way to become more introspective and start being with yourself. The Udiyan Bandhas lower belly exercise, as used in Yoga For Beauty Dawn (available for purchase on our online shop), also helps stimulate energy and draw us towards our center.

Our job on this earth and in this life is to explore our most radiant potential.  If we are not exploring and celebrating our passions, then we are not doing ourselves any favors, nor are we enriching our lives and, depending on the passion, the lives of others.  It is important to be all that we can be, so tune in to what really stimulates your passion and give in!!

Blessings-

Rainbeau

Both the yoga for beauty dawn and dusk are amazing. Always helped me relax. When I’m done doing yoga, I always feel like I want to draw or write a lot. Yoga helps me go into my passion because yoga is my passion, and it helps me be passionate about everything!

Hope life finds you with positive thoughts and good vibes!

You are such an incredible inspiration, and to inspire someone is a huge responsibility which I hope you always harness and direct in the right direction or your path.

I managed to trance upon your beautiful spirit by chance and been reading and soaking in on all your writings and video blogs and my goal and intention is to become a ra’Yoka teacher in South Africa and spread the love and learnings. I sooo want to fast-track this process and would love it badly if you could provide me with a possible path or direction I should take?

You are a fabulous human and my wish for you is that you always glow, dazzle and inspire other creatures as you have me!

    Hello, Rainbeau!
I dream of being at your training!
When are you going to arrive in Russia?
    With love!

  10. Rainbeau at April 30, 2010 at 9:39 am

Hi – I am not planning on going to Russia – what made you think that?

  11. Maria at May 1, 2010 at 5:53 pm

Hi Rainbow! I asked this question because I myself go to America is problematic. Very strict with visas to America. People in our country can learn a lot from you! For us to come to Russia prizentery other countries, but very much want to see you, Rainbow! You are a genius, Rainbow! Of course, I hope for the best, that I will ever visa to America! Arrive at your seminars and trainings.
With love and respect, Maria. :-)
